How does the SET system work?

SET testing

The system evaluates different forms of human organism’s adaptation to physical exercise. It uses a several thousand-record database (that has been developed for 15 years and includes 4,000 footballers and 1,000 representatives of other sports disciplines including amateurs) contained in a calculation algorithm.

All the tests that constitute the basis of our SET algorithm have been performed in field conditions. These tests have been used mainly to plan a workout in natural conditions with specific influence of environmental factors. The entire project is based on the interrelation between heart rate changes and exercise intensity, taking into account the subject’s physique, environmental conditions as well as training experience and practised discipline. HR changes are analysed on the basis of time series, i.e. we analyse HR values not only at the given moment but also its variability throughout the test.
