very fast (you’ll receive the results within 24 hours),
not exhausting (the test can be performed e.g. by a footballer before an important match),
it enables you to frequently update your workout plans on the basis of the current results of exercise tests,
data obtained are coherent and closely related to workout progress - it concerns all physiological parameters that we calculate (our system doesn’t generate absurd results caused e.g. by a change in hydration as it happens while determining body composition with an impedance method).
